What You’ll Do:
In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:
- Provide day to day operational management and co-ordination of all European store deliveries across 14 countries from 6 Distribution Centres.
- Analyse weekly / daily volumes to ensure most cost-effective transport solution is executed.
- Ensure haulier compliance (Health and Safety, legal, process and service levels) are actively managed through audit and reporting.
- Provide weekly / periodical reporting of KPI’s (e.g. cost, compliance, load fill, empty running, round trip / single trip, kms, PvA etc.)
- Develop ‘best in class’ standards to support development of transport operation.
What You’ll Bring

- Track record and knowledge of Domestic and European transport operations
- Proficient in transport planning and scheduling systems
- Experience of change management and continuous improvement methodology
- National / European recognised transport qualification
- Good knowledge of current EU transport legislation.
