Resourcing Advisor Iberia

Role: Resourcing Advisor

Purpose of role: be a key part in the recruitment processes of Iberia, for management positions and accompanying and assessing any project related both for the internal and external pool of candidates. Actively look and collaborate to gain employer branding positioning through Primark’s recruitment processes. Lead, supervised by the Resourcing Manager, NSO P&C processes.

Reports to: Resourcing Manager Iberia

Location: This role will be based in Madrid with wide national and international travel.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Recruitment:
    • Collaborate in organizing all types of internal assessment as per Resourcing Manager’s request:
      • Coordination with consultancy agency.
      • Organization of the internal assessments.
    • Collaborate as assessor in all types of internal assessments.
    • Manage all necessary stages of the internal promotion new process for Supervisor positions.
    • Systems:
      • Post and screen vacancies.
      • Maintain a correct update of the advertisements.
      • Help internal local users in issues / questions that can easily be solved or answered.
      • Manage BrassRing and Workday integrations for new hires.
    • Linkedin:
      • Manage Recruiter account to proactively detect potential candidates for senior management positions.
      • Constant interaction with potential candidates.
      • Update and maintain Linkeding ‘Primark Tiendas SLU’ profile.
      • Manage Job Slots advertising.
    • Interviews:
      • Manage all stages of the recruitment processes:
        • Questionnaire request
        • Online / phone interview
        • Personal interview
        • Coordinate with Retail Management second stages.
        • Manage all stages of the recruitment processes before personal interviews (posting, screening, questionnaires).
        • Reference request
    • Admin:
      • Manage all admin / archive task related to the recruitment cycle prior to offer extension.
  1. Admin:
    • Coordinate with ER and produce any letters to be given to internal moves.
    • Produce in coordination with Resourcing Manager, the pertinent communications for the business (central Dublin and local).
  1. New Store Openings:
    • Lead bulk Recruitment events:
      • Screen vacancy.
      • Crate and manage the event in Event Manager.
      • Manage any issue related.
      • Lead internal support teams.
      • Manage all related admin task.
    • Be the point of contact for any organization request related to the P&C provisional office:
      • Make sure deadlines and resources are in place and accomplished.
      • Follow up on the requests made to different departments.
      • Assist in any issue that may arise.
    • Admin:
      • Update any document related to P&C opening management report.
      • Create an archive to track the follow up of the P&C tasks.
  1. People and Culture general support:
    • Assist in any corporate need or project if needed.
Essential knowledge, skills and experience:
  • Experience in Resourcing – Recruitment: Interviews, assessment centers, and other methodologies.
  • Attention to detail and planning skills.
  • Good communication and influence skills.
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Offer solutions that meet business needs, with a proper planning and organizing beforehand.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Hands on approach.
  • Commercially focused and service oriented.
  • Good IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Relationship building & customer focused.
  • Manage change effectively.
  • Experience working in a fashion retail environment will be a distinct advantage.
  • High English level, at least C1
  • Medium Portuguese level, at least B1
  • Deep sense of confidentiality.
