|Purpose of this Role is: As an Employee Relations Manager you will advise on caseloads of employee relations matters. You will work with the broader People & Culture team to develop and drive initiatives - employment practice improvement, training, metrics/trending and HR analytics. Additionally, you will provide strategy, technical expertise and direction to the People & Culture Executive and Country leader about management practices, employee and organization effectiveness.|
You will evaluate and review employment decisions in response to colleague concerns, advise and influence all levels of management on employee relations decisions such as business conduct, terminations, and HR policies, guidelines and practices, recommending and developing appropriate remediation.
You will provide day-to-day advice and counsel the People & Culture Executive and the P&C community on labour relations matters including, performance, discipline and grievance resolution, and other related labour and employment matters.
Leading negotiations with Employee representative bodies on information and consultation and negotiating collective agreements will be part of this role.
