Employee Relations Advisor

The ER Advisor will liaise with P&C Managers and Store Managers to support works councils meetings and the relationships with Unions according to the strategy defined by the company.

The ER Advisor will need to foresee all future works council election processes; keep record of all documentation associated with these processes; provide legal and ER support to the stores before and during such processes and monitor Union relations in the stores.

In addition, the ER will keep track of all Union hours and will monitor the composition of the Intercenter committee at all times according to the results of the work council elections at the different stores.

Skills and knowledge:
  • Graduated in Laws, Labor Relations, or related studies.
  • Over five years of experience in similar positions (working in Employee Relations area) would be desirable
  • Miscrosoft Office user level knowledge to intermediate or above
  • Competent level of English either written or spoken

  • Demonstrates flexibility whilst always keeping priorities and timelines in mind.
